Even though Asia’s 50 Best Bars is now behind us, this following weekend promises to be just as high-energy, as international bartenders like Nature Kan and Nico De Soto continue to do guest shifts in the city. Paris-born mixologist Nico De Soto makes a stop at Peel Street as he takes over Friday After Class on Thursday. Soto’s career spans a handful of major bar cities, most notably owning or co-owning bars like Danico in Paris and Mace in New York, alongside his own pandan liqueur Kota.

Over in Tsim Sha Tsui this weekend, Nature Kan represents Mancino China as a brand ambassador at Bar Buonasera. Kan is also the founder of Bar Nature from Xian, which serves contemporary cocktails in a casual setting.
