Hotal Colombo in SoHo is serving up a farewell menu through July 31, giving diners another chance to dive into chef Gizzy’s Sri Lankan signatures before the doors close for good. Inspired by the casual “hotals” of Colombo, the menu stays true to the spirit of island hospitality with karis, hoppers and kothus, all served with the restaurant’s warm, welcoming energy that makes everyone feel at home.
