Argo this month launched its first menu under beverage manager Jonathan Gabbay. Titled Argo Exploration, the menu is split into three chapters. The first spotlights local entrepreneurs, whose craft informs six signatures. Morning Bite, for instance, combines gin, chardonnay, Strega herbal liqueur and a banana jam made by local agri-food brand LoCoFarms.

The second chapter features takes on seasonal Hong Kong ingredients. The Pickled G&T sees gin blended with shochu and Riesling, and served alongside kale chips, making the drink a tribute to pickled kale. Finally, Argo has kept a concise list of its previous hits, such as the Argo Martini, in the last chapter.
