Locally inspired decor meets locally inspired flavours as two of the best Hong Kong-focused concepts come together for Locale18’s first ever guest shift. Taking over the Sheung Wan tribute to Hong Kong’s cityscape is Glass Gardener, a nomadic mixology concept that focuses on local flavours and comprises Tony Hsu and Henry Ho, both formerly part of the teams at 001 and The Poet.

New drinks at The Savory Project

Celebrate the end of the work week with a savoury treat as Hong Kong’s chief purveyor of umami-bomb cocktails presents two updates to its menu. The Baked Cheese Curry combines cheese, coconut curry and tequila – all slow-cooked together – with fresh celery and apple juice for vegetal balance. For those staying strong for Dry January until the end, the Strawberry Salsa is the latest non-alcoholic option, spotlighting salsa notes with fresh strawberry, vinegar, tomatoes and pink peppercorn.
