Regent Hong Kong welcomes back legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa for a rare, three nights only “Nobu in Town Omakase”. The menu showcases his signature Japanese-Peruvian fusion food, with highlights including nori caviar avocado tacos, Nobu-style sashimi, lobster salad with black sesame, and grilled A5 Wagyu with wasabi pepper sauce.

The experience concludes with a pear honey semifreddo with caramel hazelnut and Genmaicha ice cream, all against the stunning backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
