Looking to kick off the weekend with Filipino-inspired cocktails and ingredients in the heart of Kowloon? Terrible Baby is hosting Grasshopper Bar from Manila as the latter brings cocktails evoking the flavours and ingredients of the Philippines. For instance, the Sophomorph combines Ezra Brooks bourbon with mugicha syrup, lactic acid and tamarind, but the original from Grasshopper is inspired by kiniing, smoke-cured pork from the Cordilleras.

What: Summer lives on at La Petite Maison with the French restaurant’s latest collection of new signature cocktails named Deja Vu, taking the form of a French magazine and drawing inspiration from the French Riviera circa the 1950s and 90s. The Bikini combines mandarin, peach, RinQuinQuin peach aperitif and a split base of vodka and gin, while the Douliou Douliou is LPM pulling out all the stops. Served with a Walkman that plays the song “Douliou Douliou St Tropez” from the 1964 film Le Gendarme de St Tropez, the drink combines cognac, champagne, rum, coconut and pineapple.
