Renowned Taiwanese beef noodle chain Duan Chun Zhen recently unveiled its fifth location in Hong Kong in West Kowloon. Pairing authentic Sichuan flavours with the vibrant essence of Taiwan’s night market culture, the restaurant presents moreish beef noodles, popular rice bowls and signature street snacks.
The new restaurant is conveniently located next to the cinema inside Elements mall, so use your Friday night screening as an excuse to enjoy signatures like the beef noodles with shank, tripe and tendon, and sliced beef shank noodles in consommé, all made with tender meat slow-cooked for six hours.
