What: Some of the best drinkslingers from Hong Kong and Mongolia are going head to head at Courtroom ahead of Valentine’s Day. The winner? The mixologist whose drinks sell out quicker. In the first guest shift bout from 7pm to 8.30pm, Moses Yuen from Kinsman squares off against Midgaa Rentsenmyadag, founder of Bacco Mongolia in Ulaanbaatar. Then, from 8.30pm until 10pm, Xenia Chan of The Pontiac faces Amarsanaa Avarzed, owner of The Nomad Lab, the self-described first cocktail lab in Mongolia.

The event is sponsored by Proof & Company, EcoSpirits, Widges Gin, and Tried and True Vodka, and proceeds will go to social enterprise More Good. The organisation is hosting a volunteering workshop in March distributing meals to underprivileged communities in Hong Kong.
