What: For those looking to take in Hong Kong’s skyline during Chinese New Year, Skye Bar has you covered with sweeping views of Victoria Harbour. And while you might have seen the view before, it’ll be a whole new experience as you sip cocktails from Skye’s all-new menu – they’re all inspired by some of Hong Kong’s most iconic streets.

The Gloucester Road uses a Sichuan green peppercorn infusion of the Park Lane’s signature PL50 gin and combines it with jasmine green tea and herbs, while Sycamore Street pairs the namesake tree’s figs with whiskey and cynar to create strong herbal notes.
