Offering a selection of dishes that embody the spirit of festivity and togetherness, Mott 32 is honouring the Year of the Snake with a menu celebrating tradition.

Highlighting the festive spirit, the lobster and abalone lo hei salad symbolises abundance and good fortune, with shredded radish, crispy taro, and tender pieces of lobster and abalone. Toss the ingredients together for good luck and set the tone for a bountiful year ahead.

Other à la carte dishes include braised yellow croaker with Shanghainese rice cakes; stuffed crispy chicken with abalone, fish maw and glutinous rice; and the new stir-fried lobster with rainbow quinoa.
