Mizunara: The Library hosts Dirty Laundry, Zendo Cafe
What: With five consecutive days off around the corner, there could hardly be a better way to ignite the party spirit than by seeing Lion Cheng of Wan Chai outfit Dirty Laundry and Marco Tam of Zendo Cafe take over the bar at Mizunara: The Library. The night should offer an intriguing take on Mizunara’s strait-laced Ginza-style approach to mixology, with Cheng and Tam slinging libations based on Yamazakura blended whisky and Little Kiss tea shochu liqueur.
Where: Mizunara: The Library, 4/F, Kiu Yin Commercial Building, 361-363 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai
When: 7pm – 11pm
Friday, January 24
Avoca x The Spirits Library
What: For your Friday night, head over to Tsim Sha Tsui as Avoca at the Mondrian hosts The Spirits Library all the way from Manila, a “purveyor of rare bottles, books and bar paraphernalia”. On the night, mixologists Ralph Allen Santos and Mark Edward Valencia Reyes will craft signatures like a tropical Ramos Gin Fizz with a pineapple liqueur, and the Manila Leap Frog, combining Matusalem rum with apricot brandy and a granada cordial.
Where: Avoca, 38/F, Mondrian Hong Kong, 8A Hart Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui
When: 8pm – 11pm
Saturday, January 25
