We’re halfway through January already and Lunar New Year is just around the corner, so Hong Kong restaurants are busy ramping up for one of their most crucial times of year. This weekend, we’re highlighting three new exclusive menus.

Tickle your tongue with a taste of the LNY spirit with an exclusive Pici x The Chilli Lab collab this month. Blending Italian flavours into dishes that honour Hong Kong’s Lunar New Year traditions, Pici’s Fortune Flavours dishes include The Chilli Lab salsiccia and Shaoxing Haa1 Jung4 ravioli, both made using The Chilli Lab’s signature garlic chilli paste.

Saturday, January 18

Catch Italian guest chef Matteo Alberti exclusively at Whisk on January 17 and 18. The Whisk x Origo Four Hands Dinner will see chef Alberti bring seasonal flavours of Ishikawa prefecture mixed with contemporary Italian traditions to chef Sheldon Fonseca’s modern European kitchen.
