Say farewell to hairy crab season with an exclusive eight-course gourmet dinner this Friday night themed around the winter delicacy. The collaboration, between Iron Chef Thailand winner Justin Chan, chef James Au Yeung, chef Edwin Chuang, and chef Yong Soo Do from Liberty Exchange, offers guests the ultimate season-end dining experience, with added Japanese twists.

Available for two nights only, the “Crab & Craft” omakase menu showcases the finest seasonal crustaceans and innovative Japanese culinary techniques in dishes like the steamed seven tael hairy crab – served with two types of huadiao wine – and hairy crab dumpling with mao-tai char siu.
