Hong Kong has to be one of the most stressful cities in the world. No matter your age, there is something to wind you up so tight you feel you can't breathe. Hey, hey, hey. Chill out, we have solutions:
1. Hyperventilate into a paper bag.
2. Blow up a colourful balloon.
3. Then watch it fly away.
4. Three words: funny cat videos!
5. Stuff a whole chocolate bar into your mouth.
6. Binge watch a whole season of your fav show.
7. Chew bubblegum and try to blow the biggest bubble you can.
8. Drink lots of water.
9. Read some jokes online.
10. When all else fails: take a nap.
