Proving he’s more than Keung To’s producer, Gareth.T makes waves with new single ‘Speed Limit’

The 21-year-old musician recently released a new single called Speed Limit, in which he reflects on his musical journey.
On this acoustic R&B record, he opens up about being too driven by his passion, which he realises may cause more harm than good to himself and to others around him.
“I want to remind myself to be humble, and go slow while living in a busy society like Hong Kong,” he said at a recent concert.
The music video, shot on a farm on Cheung Chau island, shows the artist playfully transforming into a goat, also an acronym for “greatest of all time”.

Speed Limit is a reminder for the singer to take things one step at a time if he wants to become successful. This sentiment is represented by the lyrics: “If you want to be famous, you gotta learn patience and be complacent.”
Gareth.T has racked up more than 2 million streams on Spotify. Speed Limit is his third single of the year, following Boyfriend Material and honest (feat. moon tang).
