Iranian plane suffers burst tyre, causing cabin ceiling collapse mid-flight

A jet operated by Iran-based Sepehran Airlines was forced to make an emergency landing at Mashhad in northeastern Iran on Tuesday. The Boeing 737 had just left Mashhad and was heading to Kermanshah when it suffered a burst tyre that damaged an engine soon after take-off. During the incident, the plane experienced severe mid-flight vibrations blamed for the collapse of part of the ceiling in the passenger cabin.
