US President Donald Trump announced that the Strait of Hormuz will be fully open for navigation on Friday, after a memorandum of understanding aimed at ending the war in Iran will take effect. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, however, said that Israel was not bound by the agreement and will continue its military occupation of southern Lebanon.
