Pizza Hut trying to build ‘world’s largest pizza’ in Los Angeles

Pizza Hut is attempting to break the world's largest pizza record in Los Angeles by making a pizza with a planned surface area of more than 14,000 sq ft (1,310 square metres), or the size of nine standard basketball courts combined. The company’s president David Graves said the pizza can dole out 68,000 slices, and when the record is officially broken, it will be donated to local food banks and charities.
