Asian Games athletes and officials slam ‘worst ever’ housing as cruise ship arrives in Japan

The Italian cruise ship Costa Serena docked in the Japanese city of Nagoya on Tuesday to house about 4,000 officials and athletes at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. There have been complaints about the games’ accommodation after local organisers opted not to build a dedicated athletes’ village to house the 17,000 participants and officials.
