US-China Trade War: One Year On

While meeting at the G20 in Osaka, Japan, presidents Donald Trump and Xi Jinping agreed to resume negotiations to end the US-China trade war and that the US would not add new tariffs on Chinese imports.  The South China Morning Post political economy team members Cissy Zhou and Finbarr Bermingham discuss the implications of these developments, and who the winners and losers of the year-long trade war have been so far.
