Security boosted at Hong Kong reservoir after hikers enter restricted area for photos

Security cameras and warning signs have been installed at a Hong Kong reservoir after a video of two hikers climbing down while the floodgate was open circulated on social media. Their companions appeared to be taking photos of them despite repeated warnings from bystanders. Hong Kong’s Water Supplies Department has launched an investigation.
