Hong Kong PLA Garrison completes 23rd annual troop rotation

Soldiers from China’s People's Liberation Army (PLA) garrison in Hong Kong have completed their 23rd rotation. The troop change is an annual routine for PLA troops since they were first stationed in the city in 1997. Chinese state media showed the new contingent arriving at Hong Kong garrison barracks by land, sea and air.
