How Hong Kong is preparing for what could be strongest storm on record

Hong Kong is being threatened with what could be the strongest storm to ever hit the city since records began 50 years ago. Super Typhoon Mangkhut is forecast to come within 80km of the city on Sunday, September 16. While meteorologists say it’s too early to predict if Hong Kong will take a direct hit, people in the city are taking no chances and preparing for the worst.
