Why Hongkongers are willing to wait in line for bubble tea

Treat yourself to a cup of bubble tea, take a snap, post on social media and finally enjoy your drink - it’s becoming a fad in Hong Kong. But first you’ll have to line up for 15 to 20 minutes in sweltering heat and humidity. Queues outside bubble tea shops are usually too long to see the end. Some say they’ll even go to mainland China, just for a taste.
