Hong Kong pro-democracy groups marched from Wan Chai to the Court of Final Appeal to protest authoritarian rule.
Leaders from the Occupy movement, disqualified lawmakers and other activists took part in the protest.
Police estimated about 1,800 people took part, while organisers claimed there were 2000.
