Can a capsule solve housing affordability in Hong Kong?

Hong Kong has been ranked as the least affordable city in the world to buy a home for six years in a row.

Average flat prices are 19 times the gross annual median income, the highest ever measured in the US-based Demographia’s survey in the past 11 years.
