Typhoon Narra causes flash floods in southern China

Typhoon Narra has caused widespread flooding across southern China’s Guangxi region after days of non-stop downpours. Buildings, including a tourist centre, stand partially submerged. Forecasters warn that the heavy rain will continue to pound the region through Wednesday, with Guangxi, Guangdong, Hainan and Fujian provinces all bracing for another round of torrential downpours.
