Chinese factories are finding ways to survive with Trump’s tariffs, and amid the ongoing global turmoil. A China-based manufacturer says rising tariffs, war and shipping disruptions since Trump’s second term began, have forced it to diversify beyond China, with production moving into India and Malaysia, as a hedge against further shocks. But the company says China, which remains its core manufacturing base, is hard to replace.
