Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in the UAE on his first visit abroad since being re-elected in March. The Gulf nation dispatched a dozen fighter jets to accompany Xi's plane as it landed in Abu Dhabi. Xi is the first Chinese leader to visit the UAE in 29 years. He's expected to discuss strengthening cultural and economic ties with the Emirati leaders.
