The spokesman for the 13th session of the National People’s Congress (NPC), China’s equivalent to parliament, outlined the annual meeting’s agenda in a press conference on Sunday. Zhang Yesui also took questions from reporters about major domestic and international issues, including the proposal to remove term limits for the Chinese president and trade relations with the United States.
