Nvidia CEO: ‘100% confidence’ in Trump’s ability to reach US trade deal with China

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang told journalists after a keynote speech to company investors that he supports US President Donald Trump’s plans for reaching a trade deal with China.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said he trusts US President Donald Trump’s plans for dealing with China, a market where Nvidia currently has a “very disappointing” zero per cent share. Huang said he was confident Trump would reach a trade agreement with China when the US leader meets his Chinese counterpart in South Korea on October 31, 2025. Speaking after a keynote address to investors in Washington on October 28, Huang also revealed plans to use 100,000 Blackwell GPUs to build the largest supercomputer ever for the US government.
