Symbolic funeral held for Nepal flood victims as police collect DNA to help identify remains

Families continue to perform last rites for victims who were swept away by last week’s flash floods in Nepal. At least 1,200 people have been confirmed dead following the disaster while more than 4,000 others have been reported missing. Authorities have started collecting DNA samples from survivors to help identify flood victims.
