Singaporean police have barred the British trip-hop band Massive Attack from performing in the city state after two members unfurled a Palestinian flag on stage during a concert last Wednesday. The incident triggered a police investigation and resulted in the band members being banned from re-entering Singapore. Authorities emphasised the need to protect domestic peace and racial harmony, urging the public not to “import foreign politics”.
