Nepal’s Central Zoo has closed after a dead crow on its grounds tested positive for H5N1. The virus strain is the same form of bird flu sweeping through the country’s poultry farms. Over 600,000 birds have been culled and 1 million eggs destroyed so far as authorities try to prevent any spillover of the infection and mutations of the virus.
