At least 312 foreign nationals were arrested in Jakarta during a raid on May 10, 2026, in connection with an alleged online gambling operation. Police described the commercial building near Chinatown in the Indonesian capital as a hub for more than 70 online gambling websites that targeted players outside the country. The raid is one of Indonesia’s largest crackdowns on illegal digital betting networks.
