Russian military blamed for downing MH17 with missile

Investigators probing the downing of flight MH17 in 2014 have said, for the first time, that the missile which brought down the plane over eastern Ukraine came from a Russian military brigade. Russia has refused to recognise the report, questioning its findings, as it is not part of the international investigation team.
