Relocated after the 2011 Japanese earthquake and tsunami, residents continue to suffer a hard life

Sunday marked the 7th anniversary of the 2011 earthquake and tsunami which struck northeastern Japan and left more than 18,000 people dead or missing. Some of those relocated by the disaster are still living in difficulty.
