Scott Bessent
Scott Bessent is a prominent figure in American finance and currently serves as the US Treasury Secretary, a role he assumed in January 2025. His responsibilities include maintaining a robust economy, fostering growth, managing government finances and addressing global economic threats. Previously, Bessent was Chief Investment Officer at Soros Fund Management, where he achieved significant returns, notably during the 1992 British Pound crisis.
