Born in 1984, Mark Zuckerberg is chairman and chief executive of social networking site Facebook which he co-founded at Harvard. Initially, he wrote Facemash, in which students were allowed to vote on other students' attractiveness based on their photos. This was the template for Facebook. Since 2010 Zuckerberg has been named among the 100 wealthiest and most influential people in the world by Time magazine and his life was dramatised in the movie, The Social Network. He married Priscilla Chan in May 2012, the same month in which Facebook launched a US$16 billion initial public offering.
