Jin Liqun: A veteran of international finance, he currently serves as President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) since its inception in 2016, leading its growth and focus on sustainable infrastructure and climate change mitigation. His extensive career includes senior roles as Vice President of the Asian Development Bank and Vice Minister of Finance for China. He also chaired China International Capital Corporation and the Supervisory Board of China Investment Corporation, demonstrating broad expertise in multilateral development, investment banking, and sovereign wealth management. He was instrumental in establishing the AIIB, expanding its global membership and project portfolio.
