CK Infrastructure Holdings is the infrastructure and energy flagship of retired Hong Kong business tycoon Li Ka-shing. It engages in a range of projects including gas and power distribution and transmission, power generation and waste management around the globe, including in Hong Kong, mainland China, Australia, the US and UK. In Hong Kong, the company is among the major shareholders of Hong Kong Electric, one of the city’s two electricity providers. CK Infrastructure is a subsidiary of CK Hutchison Holdings and is led by Li Ka-shing’s eldest son, Victor Li Tzar-kuoi.
