Jorge Masvidal could be forgiven if he wanted to rest up after the crushing disappointment of losing his UFC 251 title fight against Kamaru Usman on Sunday.

That’s not to mention the physical pain he must have been feeling, going five suffocating rounds with “The Nigerian Nightmare” after a “rough” 20-pound weight cut taking the fight on six days’ notice.

Add to that another gruelling 18-hour flight home to Miami, and it was a surprise to see the 35-year-old Masvidal immediately pick up a bike and cycle to the gym.

“No days off. This is a man on a [expletive] mission. Look at these eyes, I’m on a [expletive] mission. Ain’t nobody gonna stop me,” he said, in a video called “No rest for the wicked” published to his YouTube channel.

“Gamebred” expanded on his desire to get back to training in an interview with ESPN’s Ariel Helwani.
