Tony Ferguson finally broke his silence following his UFC interim lightweight title loss to Justin Gaethje at UFC 249 in May – “El Cucuy” wants to “run it back”.

Ferguson (25-4), who was originally scheduled for a title fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov weeks earlier, was on a 12-fight win streak before losing to Gaethje via fifth-round TKO.
The Mexican-American replied to “The Highlight” Gaethje (22-2) tweet congratulating division contenders Dustin Poirier and Dan Hooker for fight-of-the-year contender at UFC Vegas 4 last week.
“That was an awesome fight. Good win for Dustin Poirier and Dan Hooker definitely deserves a seat at the big dog table,” said the 31-year-old Gaethje, who UFC president Dana White confirmed would be next to fight champion Khabib.
The 36-year-old Ferguson replied with a GIF of himself sliding under a hotel stanchion, commenting:
