Fantasy Premier League is back with a 1.15am deadline on Wednesday, after a two-week break for international football followed Blank Gameweek 29.
But before the Premier League gets back under way, the FA Cup quarter-finals will be played over the weekend, the results of which will create both Double and Blank Gameweeks.
Add injuries to key players during World Cup qualifiers and Nations League games, and it is easy to see why more than 55,000 managers have activated their Wildcard.
This week’s FPL article will outline which teams to target, the best Gameweek 30 Wildcard draft and who picked up injuries over the break.

International break injuries
Nottingham Forest could be without their leading man, Chris Wood (£7.3m), who was withdrawn from New Zealand’s game against New Caledonia with a hip injury.
“That is where the pain is at the moment. I felt it on that side, so I’ll get it checked over, and hopefully it is nothing too major and hopefully it is just impact,” the 33-year-old said.
Everton’s Vitalii Mykolenko (£4.4m) has a thigh injury. Anthony Gordon (£7.4m), who can return to the Newcastle XI on April 7 when his suspension ends, withdrew from the England squad. American Antonee Robinson (£5.0m) also left his national side.
Teams to target
Crystal Palace and Newcastle are the only clubs to play twice in Double Gameweek 32.
While Palace’s fixtures – away trips to Manchester City and Newcastle United – are not great, their immediate schedule is a lot better, with Southampton and Brighton & Hove Albion up next.
Defender Daniel Munoz (£5.1m) and forward Jean-Philippe Mateta (£7.5m) are their best players, but Ismaila Sarr (£5.6m) and Eberechi Eze (£6.7m) are great midfielders, too.
As for Newcastle, Alexander Isak (£9.3m) is a must-have and could be a Triple Captain option as he has games against Manchester United and Palace.
I have also opted for Dan Burn (£4.4m) and Jacob Murphy (£5.0m), who both get good minutes, and their low price tag allows money to be spent elsewhere.
Bournemouth will face Ipswich Town, Fulham and West Ham United in their next three and Manchester City will double if they progress in the FA Cup and play Leicester in Gameweek 30.

Gameweek 30 Wildcard draft
As you can see from my side, I am going heavy on future Double Gameweek players, tripling up on both Newcastle and Crystal Palace.
I have also decided to go back into Manchester City players. Mohamed Salah (£13.7m) and Erling Haaland (£14.8m) worked wonders for me at the start of the season, and with a great run of fixtures for City, I am banking on goals from the Norwegian and attacking and defensive returns from Josko Gvardiol (£6.0m).
