The best-of-seven NBA Finals for 2025 are upon us, with the Indiana Pacers taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Last season’s winners, the Boston Celtics, failed to defend their title after losing to the New York Knicks in the second round of the Eastern Conference play-offs, meaning that for the seventh straight season there will be no back-to-back champions.

It also means that for the first time in NBA history, there will be seven different winners in seven consecutive seasons.

When are the NBA Finals?

As the Thunder had the best league record, they will have home-court advantage when Game 1 begins on June 6 at 8.30am for those watching in Hong Kong (June 5, 8.30pm EDT).

Both teams will play back-to-back home matches with Game 4 – the earliest point at which the play-offs could be decided – on June 14 at 8.30am.

Should they be needed, Games 5 to 7 will alternate with the Thunder hosting Games 5 and 7. The potential final decider would be on June 23 at 8am.

Where can I watch the NBA Finals?

Those in Hong Kong can follow all the action on Now TV, while fans in Singapore can use the NBA League Pass.

If you’re watching in Malaysia, ABC.com will be your go-to, while streaming services such as Hulu + Live TV, Fubo or YouTube TV will also show the Finals.
