A trip to The Verandah evokes memories of old Repulse Bay
- Classic and contemporary dishes recreate the vanished era of colonial Hong Kong
The Verandah at The Repulse Bay invites diners to step back into colonial Hong Kong. The Repulse Bay Hotel was replaced by flats and restaurants decades ago but diners can feel the same old charm, bringing back fond memories.
Classic and contemporary continental cuisine is served, using the freshest ingredients, and some traditional dishes like Caesar salad are presented tableside. Popular classics include steak tartare and seafood mixed grill. Contemporary dishes feature Challans duck breast and Australian Wagyu M8 strip loin. Dessert favourites are baked Alaska and crêpes Suzette. There is a full bar and a good selection of wines. The service is attentive.
