The popular steakhouse at The Sheraton Hotel sports a classy contemporary New York-look and spectacular harbour views. A wine corridor showcases an extensive wine list. Classic menu highlights include a selection of soup and salads, starters of ahi tuna tower and baked escargot and the Prime ocean platter.

Mains include prime steaks and chops such as centre-cut filet mignon, rib-eye and New York strip. There are also signature seafood dishes such as miso-marinated sea bass, honey-balsamic glazed salmon and shrimp scampi capellini; and mixed grills.
