Ornamental Italian decor and contemporary bites at Tosca
- Working in an open kitchen, chef de cuisine Nicola Russo produces sumptuous seafood, pasta and mains

The impressive bird’s eye view of the city is matched by the equally stunning decor, with large chandeliers and two water fountain sculptures. If that isn’t enough distraction, diners can enjoy the view of the open kitchen.

Chef de cuisine Nicola Russo and his team work their magic producing contemporary Italian dishes such as sea cappuccino and Hokkaido scallops with Jerusalem artichokes with black truffle. as well as pastas like guinea fowl tortellini, onion, and consommé with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Mains include lamb shoulder with potato, provolone cheese and truffle sauce. The desserts are not to be missed, especially the tiramisu.
