Enjoy being serenaded as you dine at Hong Kong’s Sabatini
- Roving musicians sing at your table at this eatery that serves a taste of the Italian capital

Serving traditional dishes from Rome, Sabatini has been a favourite at the Royal Garden for more than 22 years. With its charming rustic decor and delicious dishes, guests are entertained by a roving band of musicians who come to each table and sing requests in many languages.

Diners can try a sumptuous spread of antipasti or choose starters from the à la carte menu. The home-made pasta is a must. We recommend the signature linguine with scampi, clams and mussels and charcoal-grilled lamb chop. Catch the year-round seasonal menus, including black and white truffles and white asparagus. To end, choose a dessert from the trolley. Service is friendly and efficient.
