An unprecedented constellation of Michelin-starred chefs
A once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience, the extravagant seven-course gourmet dinner paired with some of the world’s best-rated wines will be prepared by six superstar chefs with 16 Michelin stars awarded in 2018 between them and a master pâtissier. For this gastronomic feast, City of Dreams has amassed an unprecedented number of Michelin-starred chefs under one roof for one night only, with four of them helming three-starred restaurants in an incredible feat.
Leading the extraordinary lineup is Alain Ducasse, one of the world’s most decorated chefs and founder of a constellation of restaurants including the acclaimed three-Michelin-starred Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée.
Sharing the limelight is Chan Yan Tak, Executive Chef of the contemporary Chinese restaurant Lung King Heen at the Four Seasons in Hong Kong and the world’s first Chinese chef to earn three Michelin stars.
From the United States comes David Kinch, chef and proprietor of Manresa, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant that lies at the forefront of new contemporary California cuisine.
Another three-Michelin-starred chef, Masa Takayama of his eponymous Masa restaurant in New York, brings out 100 per cent of the essence of umami in his fine Japanese cuisine.

Fabrice Vulin, Executive Chef of the two-Michelin-starred The Tasting Room at City of Dreams, brings a classic yet contemporary take on French fine dining, with a cooking style that is a manifestation of friendship and humanity, flavour and texture.
His colleague, Executive Chef of Jade Dragon Kelvin Au Yeung, combines familiar flavours with new ones in his culinary masterpieces for the two-Michelin-starred fine Chinese restaurant at City of Dreams.
Last but not the least is Pierre Hermé, the man called by Vogue USA as the “Picasso of Pastry”, and who created the world-renowned concept of Haute Patisserie with his Maison Pierre Hermé Paris.
A culinary journey that changes every course
Each culinary genius will present a course inspired by the theme "Metamorphosis", showcasing each chef’s take on the evolution of fine dining, with each dish a singular encounter of tastes and colours, emotions and feelings.
